Very pleased with the Shepherd family. Kennedy was our person that went through the Vehicle with us showing us how to use all the features that had she did a great job great family business.

I truly appreciate the service that I have gotten from here . I was in town and my wiper motor stopped working. I drove over to Shepherd's and told I had no appointment and what happened . Within about 1/2 hour they had it replaced and back on the road again . Thank you all so much !

Great people willing to work with you and fix problems I definitely recommend their service department I took my jeep grand Cherokee here and they have taken great care of it.

My parents recently brought their Traverse into the Shepards service after having some weird motor issues. As someone who works in the automotive industry, I know how many sneaky and shady advisors there are out there who try to upsell and over charge. I really appreciate the service manager actually taking care of them and being prompt in getting the vehicle in process and completed—even taking the time to cue me in on information to help them make the best decision for their car! That’s what good service departments do!

Prices to get an oil change and tire rotation are crazy. $205 dollars!

My wife and I worked with Aiden Patton. The experience couldn't have gone better. Aiden is a young man, but quite knowledgeable. He listens and pursues the relationship without being pushy. My wife, who is very 'selective' when it comes to salesmen, thinks Aiden "Hung the moon."

Had an issue, Was able to schedule an appointment quickly and the issue taken care of. Glad I have an extended warranty. Also had new tires put on and able to take advantage of a special going on.
